Q&A for our coach!

Q: What was your biggest struggle on your own training journey?

My biggest struggle has always been dealing with injuries. Each period of injury is challenging. However, the lessons learned about managing emotions related to injuries, reevaluating past training, and minimizing the risk of future injuries are invaluable. These lessons apply not only to training but also to daily life.

Q: What is your coaching philosophy?

My coaching philosophy is simple: 'Work hard pays off.' I emphasize enjoying the process and maintaining 100% focus during every training session while prioritizing safety.
