Artisan, hand-crafted Beechwood clubs made by a master carpenter in Portugal. Each pair is perfectly balanced and designed for coordination, shoulder mobility and strengthening exercises. Practitioners are welcome to learn through the AQ Strong Academy how to use Indian Clubs.
