Lara Wong
Lara is passionate in CrossFit and functional training. She also played rugby in domestic league and has a good understanding on how being well-rounded in different aspects like strength, agility, mobility is important to athletes not only in performance, but also in injury prevention and discovering your potential.
She strives in supporting people’s growth in their fitness journey in their own pace and bringing positive impacts to their lives.
She will be joining our EXOS course to further develop knowledge and skillset as a coach to better support members’s journey.

Q&A for our coach!
Q: How did you get started as a coach?
Throughout my fitness journey, I have met and worked with many different coaches who have inspired me deeply and really helped me grow, and they inspired me to be a coach and inspire other people. Earlier this year I was determined to take a step to start pursuing this before it’s too late. Almost right after taking that step to look for a part-time coaching role, I also had to leave her previous full time job, at that moment, I knew the universe was sending me a sign to give my 100% to pursue this.
Q: What do you like about your role?
What I like the most about my role is seeing people grow and progress in their fitness journey, and also learning from my fellow coaches to grow and get better everyday.
