Shena, or Pushup Boards, are used in the traditional Persian Yoga and modern movement practices for strength and mobility with an upper body focus. AQ Strong Shena are all hand-crafted in Portugal by a master carpenter and artisan. These are made from sustainable wood sources and have only wood joints and plugs.
